[CONCEPT]
This song is about how we can avoid being consumed by our own thoughts and emotions. Many people might have experienced them getting active, as if they’re nocturnal creatures, when going to bed. Those thoughts and emotions could be self-criticism, things people said to you in the past or fear of the uncertain future, etc. As if there was a movie theatre in your head, scenes created by your mind would be played repeatedly. But don’t forget those are just creations of your mind. To be liberated from them: first, realize yourself getting drawn into the thoughts, and then, feel the rhythms of your breath coming in and out. You will find that your mind is getting calmer and calmer.
