[ABOUT THIS ALBUM]
I’ve made this album to encourage you to live your life without being captured by your inner clutter. Before I came to understand the importance of living mindfully, I was drowning in the flood of my negative thoughts and emotions. I was demotivated by things that were said to me in the past that constantly repeated in my head. Also, I was obsessed with picturing pleasant memories of my life, thinking only it could save me from drowning in my clutter. But, as you already should know, nothing meaningful can be achieved when you’re being distracted by your inner noises. I think one of the most invaluable skills today is the ability to be aware of being distracted by your own thoughts and emotions, and take the distance from them. I hope this album will guide you on how to engage in a constructive conversation with your mind, neither ignoring the existence of voices in your head nor being controlled by them.

In writing the lyrics, I was deeply inspired by the following books:
The Headspace Guide to Meditation & Mindfulness by Andy Puddicombe
Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals by Oliver Burkeman

The view of life I got from those books opened up my eyes. It planted hope into my heart and thanks to it, I’ve managed to finish this album. I couldn't be any happier if any messages in this album could help you keep going towards your goals in life.
